Chow Chow Puppies/ Dogs- Facts to know before Adoption

Chow Chows the most fluffiest of dogs on this planet. They make excellent guard dogs. They also don't like to be out quitted by other chows. They look like that they are playing with each other but actually they are trying to out each other. They apparently don't mind when you give them a poke. Despite all attempts to fight out each other, the Chows Chows do look adorable. This dog is an impressive looking dog. He might look mean, but a well trained and well bred chow is not agressive. Instead its called, that Chow Chow has the nobility of a Lion, the drawness of a panda, the appeal of a teddy bear, the grace of a Cat, the devotion of a dog. He does not like being hugged but he will be attentive to his comapnion person. And his loyalty extends to other family members, if he's raised with children. But he's not the type of dog to tolerate abuse. He's best for home with older kids who knows how to treat dogs.

If he has lots of positive encounters with strangers during his puppyhood, he would handle strangers with equality. However being a higly terretorial and protective breed, it will give a clear warning to anyone approaching without his person's welcome. This breed stand bout for his blue black tongue and stiff legs. He's not speedy so he's not the best choice for joggers. But he can be a good walking companion.

When it comes to training, a verbal correction is all that is required to set the Chow Chow correct. The fiercely proud and independent Chow will never respond to physical abuse. But if you earn his respect with firm consistency you won't have any problem in training them. If you admire the Chow chows unique appearance and independent spirit you will have a fiercely loyal companion who will be a true treasure in your household.
